Dental surgery

BUCCO-Train

The BUCCO-Train range is dedicated to dental surgery training: implantology, bone grafting and sinus lift procedures. The multi-material 3D-printed surgical models reproduce the structures needed for these exercises, with configurations suitable for an articulated arm.

Implantology

The mandibular and maxillary models allow gingival incision and flap elevation, drilling, implant placement and suturing. The mandible without rami targets tooth positions 36 and 37; the maxilla targets position 25. A reusable mandibular base can accommodate a single-use insert.

Zygomatic implants

Two configurations, a maxilla and a half-maxilla, allow practice of gingival incision and flap elevation, bone drilling and placement of zygomatic implants.

Bone grafting

The complete mandible and maxilla are intended for bone grafting training. The mandibular model allows ramus harvesting, including the option of harvesting cancellous bone. The described procedures include incision, flap elevation, graft placement and suturing.

Sinus lift

The models allow gingival incision and flap elevation, creation of a bony window using a round bur or piezoelectric instrument, elevation of the Schneiderian membrane, bone augmentation and membrane placement. Bilateral and half-sinus versions are available with a thin 0.5 mm or thick 1 mm membrane.

A setting suited to training

Articulated-arm supports reproduce the working position used during a procedure. Adapted dentitions, multi-exercise configurations or models based on DICOM data and dental impressions can be considered on request. Abscesses, tumours and other specific conditions are not included in every standard reference.
