ENT care simulation

Nasal packing for epistaxis

The nasal packing simulator for epistaxis combines a simulation setup with a removable nasal cartridge. It allows users to practise nasal examination and anterior packing, then check how effective the procedure was.

Care procedure training

Practise a care procedure in an educational setting.

Taking anatomical variations into account

The cartridges reproduce nasal cavities with no septal deviation, or with deviation to the right or left. They allow the exercise to be adapted to the relationships between the septum and turbinates.

Checking the outcome of the exercise

The trainer controls the simulated bleeding. Access to the posterior pharyngeal wall through the mouth allows the trainer to assess the effectiveness of the packing technique.
