After pursuing a degree in Biology at the Pierre-and-Marie-Curie University (Paris VI), I continued in this exciting topic that is Biomechanics at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers by developing a thesis in my PhD degree (Development, modeling and characterization of an innovative mesh made in additive manufacturing for large bone defects).
The infinity of possibilities offered by the development of these new printing techniques represents exciting perspectives in terms of innovation, as well as a challenge that I wish to meet, surrounded by my collaborators. As CEO, I take special care to synergize their talents on a daily basis.

Coming from an atypical background and a very creative spirit, I joined BONE 3D in July 2020. I had applied a few weeks earlier, and when I was hired, I immediately said YES. Because BONE 3D plays in a completely different field from what I’ve known so far (accounting firms or large companies). What I like about BONE 3D is the search for solutions and innovative ideas to advance tomorrow’s medicine.
My job as Office Manager is to manage the needs of the company and the team, I help to find solutions to improve well-being on a daily basis. I also manage all the administrative part and assist Jeremy, Lucie and Benoît in their daily life.

After many experiences and as a self-taught, Jeremy ADAM contacted me to introduce to me his extremely innovative project. I am keen on new technologies and innovation in general, I obviously accepted this challenge by becoming the first employee of BONE 3D. My responsibility is to follow the production of our devices from their design to their reception, through their production and finishing, which requires absolute precision. I like the technical aspect of my job, but I appreciate even more its symbolic values. Indeed, we put our knowledge and experience at the service of both human and animal welfare, which drives the creativity of our entire team and the cohesion of our ideas.

Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager
I am a graduate of a business school and have a master’s degree in Management and Total Quality. Passionate about medicine and biotechnologies, I very quickly oriented my career (initially as an electronics sales engineer) towards the world of medical devices. I made my first steps in Quality and Regulatory Affairs within a start-up in the field of ophthalmology where I ensured the conformity of products and the quality management system for over ten years. Then, with a certain expertise, I was present to take up numerous regulatory and Quality challenges in renowned international companies. Today I am happy to be part of BONE 3D – a sparkling, innovative, enthusiastic start-up to take up new challenges.

Research & Development Engineer
Graduated from the engineering school Grenoble INP – Industrial Engineering, a pioneering school in 3D printing, I had the opportunity to discover the medical community through various internships and projects. Passionate about this new field, I decided to complete my training with the Master Biomedical Engineering proposed by the Arts et Métiers Scholl. Today, driven by the innovative and social aspect of the project, I am pleased to join the dynamic Bone 3D team to design new products that combine innovation and health.

Project Manager, Podologist
Podiatrist from La Rochelle, I graduated Podiatry in 2015 at IFM3R in Nantes. After a period of replacement and collaboration with a podiatry office, I decided to buy the medical cabinet and develop my personal projects and my vision of podiatry. Then after 3 years of practice and having achieved my goals, I decided to sell the cabinet to join the BONE3D adventure. Today I work as podiatrist and project manager at BONE3D and I develop all the podiatry branch of the company. I am very happy and proud to always be able to practice my profession within BONE3D but with very different objectives and constraints from most of my colleagues. The motivation and seriousness of BONE3D team make it possible to develop very quickly the multiple projects that I support and this only augurs a prosperous future for our company, and for podiatry.
